1 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of GiveawayPickerly, including the website and any tools, information, or services made available through it.

Using GiveawayPickerly does not guarantee that a promotion is lawful, compliant, fair, or suitable for a particular purpose, and it does not eliminate the organizer’s responsibilities.

6 Winner Selection and Results

Where an available GiveawayPickerly feature performs a random selection, it selects from the information or eligible-entry set supplied to or made available to that feature. A result depends on the completeness and accuracy of that input and the feature’s current technical operation.

You retain any ownership rights you have in submitted content. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to GiveawayPickerly.

Instagram and Meta are not responsible for promotions independently organized through or with reference to GiveawayPickerly. Organizers remain responsible for complying with current Instagram promotion guidelines, platform terms, community rules, branding requirements, and any other policies that apply to their activities.

11 Privacy and Personal Information

14 Disclaimer of Warranties

Where liability can lawfully be limited, GiveawayPickerly will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant obligation arose.
